Regarding the graduation time of 109-2 this semester and related matters for attention
It has been announced on the homepage of the school and academic affairs office.
Please pay attention to this year's graduates!

1. The final exam for the graduating class of the second semester of the 109 academic year is scheduled from May 31st to June 4th of this year (110) (Master's degree until June 6th).
2. Bachelor's degree students can apply for graduation and leave school at 9 am on June 18th (Friday) this year at the earliest, and finish the process by 5 pm on September 10th (Friday) at the latest. If you are able to graduate after a summer course, please inform the secretary of your department of the scheduled date of achievement, and Fuli will assist you in the process.
3. Bachelor students who have been approved to graduate early with excellent grades will not be allowed to apply for graduation and leave school until all the grades of the courses taken this semester are announced and the grades meet the requirements of the regulations. In addition, students who are going to exchange overseas or Taiwan-US dual degrees should obtain the original transcripts of other schools and apply for the credit assignments as soon as possible (at least three days before leaving the school to apply for the credit); until the credit is approved and Only those who meet the graduation qualifications can apply for graduation and leave school.
4. Graduate students who meet the graduation qualifications and complete the degree examinations, if they want to leave school within this semester, the deadline for leaving school is the same as the date specified in the second item above. However, due to the academic year difference in uploading the dissertation, if you cannot complete the graduation and leave school before July 31, please be sure to inform the secretary of the department to which you belong, and you will inform the library to assist in the setting of the dissertation upload data.
5. All students who wish to apply for graduation and leave school must complete the "Graduate Flow Questionnaire" of the Career Development Center of the Academic Affairs Office and the "Transfer Counseling Questionnaire" of the Counseling Group of the Academic Affairs Office before they can complete the follow-up process. If you have any questions about the operation of the questionnaire, please contact the staff of the two organizations first.
6. Bachelor's students can refer to the "Operational Procedures of the Bachelor's Graduation and Leaving System", and confirm that all the checkpoints are visa-free or customs clearance can apply for the graduation certificate. Graduate students please follow the checkpoints on the graduation process form, and just go through it by yourself. If prospective graduates cannot handle the application in person, they must be entrusted to do it by someone else. The form download section of the Academic Affairs Office also provides a sample format of the power of attorney. Please fill in and attach the relevant documents to entrust it.
7. Except weekdays during the summer vacation, the school's administrative staff will work normally during the rest of the time. If there are special reasons for the suspension, a separate announcement will be made on the school homepage. In addition, the total of three days from July 14 (Wednesday) to July 16 (Friday) is the summer vacation day for all school administrators. Therefore, graduation and leaving school on the above three days will not be processed.
